Local mix-and-mingle night spots that aren’t overrun with tourists?

Hi there, I’m thinking about moving to Osaka from abroad and I’m trying to find some good mix-and-mingle spots where I can meet and chat with locals, not just tourists. So far I’ve only spent time in Umeda, which feels very tourist-heavy. I’m looking for places where people are open to socializing rather than just sitting at private tables, and preferably something bigger than the tiny 8-seat bars. Lounges or clubs are fine as long as they’re not overwhelmingly loud or chaotic – somewhere you can actually have a conversation. Any recommendations for night spots or events that attract locals would be hugely appreciated. I don't mind driving 30-40 minutes outside of Osaka if I have to. Thank you.
