I live currently in Shibuya-Ku and I am in the process of obtaining my motorcycle license thru one of the Koyama Driving Schools, they are pretty strict in the practical portion, not that much on the theory but at least they do cover that for non native Japanese and I really appreciate it.
In anycase, I asked around and I got recommendations for SBI, Axxa, and ADIS. Does anyone have any other feedback or recommendations? deals? I use services such as SBI and Rakuten and they both offer motorcycle insurance, I guess I will start with them.
