First attempt with raw fish. Seared spicy tuna roll and tuna nigiri.

I know the nigiri is a little ugly. I did a bad job cutting the fish and the amount of rice varies but It was decent tasting.

The seared tuna in the spicy roll was delicious though.

I absolutely need to get a sharper knife to cut raw fish, that was by far the most difficult part of this. The sauce in the nigiri pic is just sriracha btw, don't want anyone thinking I'm putting ketchup on my nigiri XD.

Also if you're wondering why the rice that doesn't have sauce isn't completely white, I like to put a little miso paste in my rice vinegar, really adds to the flavor IMO.
