Tried to apply to povo for a phone number. They require a japanese phone number

Hello,

After looking aroud and wandering in this sub, I have decided to apply to povo to get a phone number.
I managed to install their app with an apk and once I have a japanese phone number, I will create a japanese Google account to download it properly.

But anyway, I have followed the steps and I get to the page where they ask your personal information. Name, adress etc including a phone number. Which I don't have.

So, what do I do now ?
