Social media about Japan

I may be overreacting or thinking too much but whenever I see some tourists or people who have never been to Japan idelaize it as a perfect country and a country where all their problems will be disappeared , it feels very triggering . I mean to maintain the image of perfection that Japan shows one has to follow so many rules and there are so many people who are distressed and sad here , even after living for years many people are still treated as gaijin because they don't look Japanese , I have been here for few months and this is what I felt Japan is a good country but it's not the paradise that the social media portrays it to be ,

Do you guys who actually live in Japan ever felt triggered by such posts ?
