I’m very surprised at the lack of tour for the International Conference centre, although I was lucky enough to view the lobby area, there was only a couple of tours that were obviously already booked out. Like this is a huge opportunity to bring in more $$. It is after all the most interesting modern architecture in Kyoto.

What?? Its a very dated brutalist building. The inside is not very interesting. Some big meeting rooms, many smaller meeting rooms, ready rooms and a big main hall. The shinden zukuri-style pond out front is barely interesting, if anything.
