Hi, sometime next month I need to get LH, FSH, 17 OHP, DHEAS and free test done and I'll be in Okinawa during that time. I'll have health insurance as well. Can anyone tell me at which clinic can I get these done? These tests are requested by my doctor (another country), so can I get the blood work done without local doctor's request?
I'd greatly appreciate if anyone can tell me roughly how much it'll cost me.
