Japanese and South Korean men arrested for lending money at illegally high interest to women frequenting Kabukicho host clubs

TL;DR Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a Japanese man (30) and a South Korean man (52) on suspicion of violating the Investment Law (excessive interest rates). They are believed to have lent at least ¥8 million to women frequenting Kabukicho host clubs and collected around ¥22 million in illegal interest.
