Any part time job ideas for a non fluent worker.

I work at an eikaiwa making around 220000-240000 yen a month , and was looking for a way to find part-time work or work that pays more then I'm making now. Im not tech savvy and graduated with a degree in asian studies and con of TEFL,and japanese but still not fluent. I understand a lot be still have difficulty with conversation. Wanted to find something that could help with making money and if possible get better at conversation.
