Hello everyone, I just moved to Tokyo with a 1.3 year student visa. Right now I’m @senkawa and my school is @shinjuku-sanchome. My apartment is really bad, the kitchen is filthy and the bathroom/showers are the same. I had to go blind cause I was overseas and needed a place to stay.
My budget is 80.000 all included a month, apart from oak house I don’t know any other large provider with many listings. (Oak doesn’t have anything for 80k)
Considering my budget and the fact that I will only be able to sign a contract for maximum 1 year (I will stay here for 3 months because otherwise I have to pay 1 whole month as penalty fee), can you suggest other companies who actually manage the property well and help in case of need?
