  1. The cuts could be more even. But a fine cut of fish.
    Now there is art on a plate for a restaurant. And dinner. This looks like a fine dinner at home or at a friend’s house.

    Not sushi but had “whole goat in the bowl soup” to include organ meat. This gets rough. But, you know, never mess with an 80 year Okinawa woman. Not a bad soup. Eat what you can deal with. This is home cooking. Great

    Then there is kokusai in Okinawa. Chicken intestines with a really spicy garlic and cabbage. Really interesting. Art. Wierd. I could not even source the ingredients.

    It looks like you need a little sharper knife. And I still mess this up. Good job. You did a meal I would eat, as a friend? During a super typhoon party? Birthday? Fun.
