Tokyo to Okinawa luggage allowance

Hi!
Im flying from Tokyo to Okinawa with “Solaseed Air” and im flying back to Osaka using “ANA”.

The problem is I cant find anywhere information about my luggage allowance on these flights.

Id really appreciate it if some of you could share from your experience.
