I work for a senmon gakko college that has recently moved from a 3-semester year to a 2-semester year, giving all part-time staff a 20% pay cut. At the same time, it’s contracted some expensive-looking and (IMO) unnecessary decorations to its campus buildings.
Can I request the college to make its financial records public? There’s no union at this college. Is there anything else I can do?
