As the title says, I need help with a sauce. There’s a sushi restaurant my wife and I enjoy going to and we want to recreate the sauce but we can’t figure it out. The roll is called 3’s company. Attached is an image. It’s at least three sauces. It is creamy but also fairly thin. When I first had it, it almost had a nail polish smell, in case that helps identify one of the liquids mixed in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
