Great photo! I like the industrial look of the top part of building. Reminds me of Wall Market from Final Fantasy 7.
I went here in 2023 , there were at least 8 other people photographing this , I’m guessing it is even more popular now but at least there is plenty of room to stand as the path on the bridge is really wide .

I can just imagine the old ojiisan cycling past and wondering why on earth there are multiple foreign tourists lining up to take photos of an ordinary building in an area that otherwise has nothing for tourists.
I saw this photo again. Everyone loves the place where I was born, huh?
