Does this mean I will likely be approved? (WHV visa application from Germany)

I’m pretty nervous because I recently applied for a WHV from Germany. I already have a very cheap apartment as my safe base for registration and mail, but I do honestly plan to travel around in the country. I went back and forth about wether I should list the apartment so they know I have a place to safely fall back on and won’t be homeless in Japan, or to not list it because they might think I won’t actually follow my travel plan.

In the end, I just wrote down the adress in the required field, but didn’t mention anything about how long I’ll be staying in the same residence or that it’s even me who is renting it.

When I applied, the person who received my application at the embassy only asked me to change a small detail regarding my current occupation upon reviewing my documents, and then said I should wait for a week until it’s processed and that I will be able to pick up my visa anytime upon receiving the confirmation email. Does that mean I can relax now and it’s basically safe? I had a few concerned users on here insisting I should not mention the one year apartment(after I already applied). I did write the adress on the application form, so that worries me a lot.
