I've been checking the weather forecast for Tokyo everyday for the last month and it looks like it has been raining alot in September, and October isn't looking any better. I'm planning to visit Japan next year around this time of year but seeing this I'm kind of starting to doubt if October is the right time to visit.
Is the weather usually like this?
