About to quit. What should I get ready/do?

Throw away to not give away to my employer that it's about to happen.

Been at this company for 18 months. And I've been searching for a job since the 5th or 6th month of being here. It's taken a while.

Management has their head so far up their own asses. they can't agree on anything. I'll get in trouble from manager A for doing something manager B said to do. Or vise versa. My work load almost doubled from year one, which I had specifically negotiated put of my contract. For a reduction of 10,000¥ at the time. Which I was okay with. It was a work life balance that 10k a month was worth to me. When I re-signed (lack of finding a new job at the time) they gave a pitance of a pay rise. Single digit percentage of that original 10k I lost. Yes…<10% of the 10k I lost was my yr.2 pay rise. Thank God for that extra onigiti I can afford each month now.

At that's just the tip. So I won't waste any more breath on the actual work and the treatment and (lack of) support I receive. I'm the only (full-time) foreigner in the company there is 1 other part timer. This could get messy.

Basically, what should I get ready/say/do? I've heard so many horrible stories of people not being allowed to quit or places who make it difficult to process paperwork etc.

My contract says 6 months notice is required but it's my second year at the company. I have heard that it's different? Where would I find out that information.

Yes,

I have a new job lined up. In fact I have 2 offers to decide. One more is a more immediate one Nov 1st. The other I have a more flexible start date. But not 6 months worth of leeway.

I'm tempted to contact one of those quit for you companies but they seem to charge in the range of 20,000~30,000 and not sure the value or if they assist foreigners.
Given my reasons for leaving mainly stem from shitty management would it maybe be worth paying those fees to avoid all that headache?

Side note, I am expecting HEAVY resistance as being the ONLY foreigner and I'm the only person (as a foreigner) that can do my role. And knowing in advance that my part time coworker does not wish to be full time (doesn't like the company and it's only subsitary income while at university). I know management will probably argue for damanges or that they need time to find a replacement.

As long as I'm giving enough notice they can't do anything right? But I'm just preparing for a worse case scenario.
