I’ll be moving from Tokyo to Kyoto for 6 months due to work.
I’ve heard that due to over tourism, when using buses to commute you might need to wait for quite a while before you can actually board (or wait for the next one).
Does anybody know what the situation is actually like?
Below are the possible bus routes I can take to work.
Kujo Kintetsu mae stn. > 207 city bus > Higashiyama Nanajo stn.
Shimogyoku Sogochosha mae stn. > 206 or 207 city bus > Higashiyama Nanajo stn.
Kujo Shako-mae stn. > 207 city bus > Higashiyama Nanajo stn.
Nanajo Horikawa stn. > 206 city bus > Higashiyama Nanajo stn.
I do realise that it’s either 206 or 207 bus lines. But was wondering on how crowded the different stations would be when boarding. Any insights are appreciated!
