Does Wise now make transfers automatically?

I haven't used them in a few years, but I scheduled a payment for a few weeks from now, and the way it sounded is that the money will just be transferred from my account on that day? I remember having to go to the bank every time and I had to make a transfer by using the ATM 振込. Did the system change? If I can just schedule transfers without going to the bank that would be really helpful because the banks here aren't very convenient and they're always so busy by the time I get to them.
