Anyone struggling in communication in working place with the locals? I have a hard time. I wonder if it’s just me or everyone as well. Unfortunately there are only 2 foreigners where i work and 1 of us already work there for 13 years and honestly i freaking hate him cause he is like the “good” foreigner. Only blame me never tell me what to do. He is the senpai obviously but he never act like one.
