My daughter will start Hoikuen next year. Should I buy an electric bicycle or just a regular one? The commute from Hoikuen to our house is under 2 km. Also, we plan to return to our home country in about 3 years.
If an electric one is really necessary, I still think it’s too expensive to buy new. If I buy a used electric bike, where should I buy it, and what information should I pay attention to?
