EDIT : I confused HSP and PR with point system. I just want to obtain PR using the 80 Point of the course of a year(2025) system.
Hi, I have been looking for quite a while to apply for HSP visa.
Last year I passed N2 in December, and I was planning to apply for HSP with the 80 points this December at the same date I passed the exam so 6 December. But sadly today I went to the Office Ward to get the 2024 Nozei and Kazei Shomeisho and it turns out I have 8.8M salary recorded therefore now I am stuck at 75…
I got raised this year and have not changed job, so I know that next year I will have 9M+ which would then raise me at 80points for the next Certificate of Income, but I am unsure WHEN does it is valid to apply.
Since I passed the N2 in December 2024 with a 9M+ salary in 2025, but the "proof" of that will only be available I believe around May after the tax declaration has been processed. When does it is OK to apply ? At the start of new year. by just providing my tax declaration form stating my rough salary ? or Do I have to wait around May to receive next year Kazei ?
I would appreciate if someone has more clarity on this or know someone I could ask to.

– I have 64/70/75(this year) So I can't apply for the 3 years with 70 points
– I was wondering if asking my HR to provide me a paper in january stating my last year salary with some official company seal etc… would be enough for immigration to justify my 2025 salary amount.
