  1. What’s your country of origin? What’s with putting your car in the picture every time?

  2. Amazing!! Toyota’s marketing team couldn’t have done it better 🔥
Is it a sunrise on the first photo?

  3. I like your videos man!
Maybe you could do a collab with nomad push, or even sell him your van, when you are done.

  4. Stopping a car in the middle of a public road to take a photo is a great idea!

  5. They are quite… *special* about parking and camping in Japan. Any problem with the japanese police or people reporting you?

  6. Op tell us, what do you do for a living? You’re living the dream of most of us and I want to see what is the gap between you and us minimum wage mortals

  7. What’s been your favourite part of Japan? We’ve been travelling around the countryside for the last couple of months and I think Shimoda and really all of the Izu Peninsula has taken the cake.

  8. I recognize Yoshino (I live right down the mountain) and possibly Tottori. That’s the perfect van too, I’m envious.

  9. Really love the vibe of your videos and it’s refreshing to see the lesser known part of Japan through your travels!

As I’ll be doing a month-long campervan trip through Shikoku and Kyushu in two weeks time and doing some remote working myself, how would you say the mobile signal reception is in the Shikoku mountains? Starlink is unfortunately not an option for me.

  10. Wonderful pictures! I wish vans like that were more easily available where I live.

  11. absolutely bonkers photos. Checked out your videos, excellent stuff! 2 questions that I hadn’t seen answered, where from Canada are you from? どうやって日本語勉強しましたか?結構うまいですよ

  12. Instantly recognised the photos from your youtube channel. Big fan of your van life series and your style! Thanks for showing a different side of Japan

  13. I knew who posted these from the first shot and jumped into the comments to make sure you were throwing around the YouTube link, glad we’re covered there. One of my favorite follows. I was watching the Japan Alps video last night. Keep it up!

Random aside, should try and reach out to some of the other big Japanese-focused YouTube channels for collabs and advice on making the channel as successful as possible, while still allowing you to cover the more scenic/off the beaten path portions of Japan.

  14. What a fabulous adventure! I can only imagine how enjoyable that must have been. Gives me ideas…

  15. First pic so good I thought it was a video game… something about those shadows and hard lines really look like borderlands-esque inking. It was only when I clicked to the next picture that I was like… wait wtf this is real?
