Amazon logistics DS Japan
I work in one Amazon DS in Nagoya and did 5 days in stowing to staging, I was very happy with the working environment where all ambassadors are so nice to approach. But, suddenly I was asked to be an interpreter for foreigners in another DS location starting this week. I feel so isolated in the new warehouse, the hierarchy and the micromanaging working culture of the ambassadors and the area manager there make me feel they don’t need interpreter because the foreigners should learn Japanese, and that makes me want to leave Amazon soon. Any advice for me what to do, I am new to Amazon. Thanks
