I ordered ¥60,000 worth of product through convenience store payment on Amazon and have already received the payment confirmation email. However, the seller says the payment status is still pending, and I’m unable to contact Customer Service. The chat service displays “We hit a snag with chat,” and the callback option is unavailable for me.
I’ve previously ordered two products using convenient store payment, and although they were delivered, but it was with someone else’s account. It has now been four days since I received the payment confirmation, but the order status still shows “Ordered” in tracking. The seller advised me to contact Amazon directly.
I’m even hesitant to cancel the order, as there have been instances where cancellations disappear without issuing a refund.
