Would love any recommendations on online or physical stores I can buy them at. Willing to travel anywhere within about 2 hours of Tokyo to get one if needed.
Tried ordering on Amazon.jp and got cancelled by two different sellers apologizing they were actually out of stock.
Tried GlobalKitchenJapan and they won't ship to Japan (go figure).
Walked all the way up and down Kappabashi and didn't find any physical stores selling them, but I may have missed the one I should have stopped in. Didn't stop in most knife shops, but wouldn't be surprised if that was where I should have stopped.
Tried various kitchen stores I could find around Ikebukuro to no avail.
I am specifically looking for the black 20mm thick boards. Preference for 600×330, 750×330, or 600×300 versions.
