As the title, but as a foreigner I’m strong to think it doesn’t even pass through their minds , but as a Japanese can you complain to some entity about being discriminated against? Let’s say work/education/service?
This comes out of curiosity, as back home you can complain if you ever felt they are discriminating against you.
Disability? Work? Age? Race?
If It does exist anyone uses it ?
If you are half Japanese and half gaijin have you ever used it ?
