Being charged over 100,000 yen after moving out

Lived in the apartment almost 4 years. Moved out last month and being asked to pay 110,000 yen for move out.

I’m being charged 5,000 yen for a shower head because I changed the shower head but the original is under the bathroom sink.

I’m being charged over 22,000 yen because I installed an air con in the bedroom although I know for sure they will not remove the air con and are just charging me..

38,000 for cleaning (normal?) and other things such as 5000 yen for wallpaper and 12,000 yen for removing some stuff I left behind. (That I kind of get)

The air con thing is the most expensive… as well as I don’t understand the shower head charge.

Any advice?

I want to at least lower the cost.
