So to sum it up, i’ve been living in Tokyo for quite a while without internet due to financial issues. recently I signed up for a Rakuten Turbo plan and it came in today and to my surprise and disappointment, it’s extremely slow and my phone data works faster. I need help with choosing an internet plan that won’t cost me so much but also is so reliable for 3 people. Advices?
