Pretty much as the title says. all the places i could find online or in my neighborhood with phone numbers are all Japanese only. now my Japanese isn't bad but its definitely not good enough to sign contracts and have detailed conversations over the phone. they also require understanding kanji to sign contracts. So does anybody know a website or place i can search to find parking?
