I received a post card with these on the title:"日本郵便株式会社, 集配営業部". It written in English that the postal service want me to fill out my name and address in the back of the card for the purpose of delivery mail to me. I received mail just fine until this date and it sounds fishy to me. What is your opinion? Should I fill in the form?
