Are Japanese undergraduate degrees valuable is other countries ?

I read in a post that Japanese ug degrees are not valuable in other countries the post was 7 years ago i wanna know if its still the case

  1. Generally, no they aren’t. Maybe if you work for a Japanese company abroad it’s fine.

  2. This depends on many things, including what “other countries” you’re talking about, what sort of degree (and what was the language of instruction), and what field you’re going into. 

  4. Japanese undergraduate degrees (which ones?) might get recognized in part in Germany, but ymmv on the university, faculty and professors.

    You might also be forced to re-take a few classes and pass the related exams.
