Heiban i-adjectives in anime?

Apparently, there’s two ways (in the Tokyo dialect) of accenting heiban i adjectives such as akai when conjugating so I need to choose which one to memorize.

One of them is more traditional and the other one is gaining momentum with younger people or so I’ve heard.

I plan to watch a lot of anime for immersion so my question is: which way do the voice actors usually do?

I’m asking about anime specifically because presumably the people that read the news do the traditional way, but that’s not relevant for me because I’m not interested in the news
