Douki is currently holding both Jr belts. The super Jr Tag League winners normally challenge at WK but that would mean no Jr title match at the show.
Therefore, I think it's likely he loses one of them before the dome. The only opportunities for this would be at the same show of the final he could put the singles title on the line. The more likely in my opinion would be them pushing the tag title match sooner before the dome. There is a road to show before WTL it could happen there, but not sure if that is a simple house show or not. otherwise could feature on the WTL tour.
