Hey all,
I’m visiting Okinawa and am in Nago. I just saw a dog with a leash and some kind of pole it was dragging along and it looked like the owner was not around anywhere. He went into a grove where I took the picture and looked aimless.
Seemed friendly but scared.
I tried to call the number here:

But they said they couldn’t do anything and just think the owner is around somewhere.
Any options here?
