The bad weather will start tomorrow it seems, rain and fresh temperatures, today may be one of the last day you will be able to enjoy it. Im sure you wont be the only one, there are always a ton of young people wearing a yukata every year for this firework.
You do you, don’t let others dictate what you wear.
Totally fine.
If the weather was good there would still be a number of people wearing a yukata, maybe fewer than in summer but it wouldn’t be that weird I don’t think.
However it’s going to be raining today – I’ve heard from a few people who changed their plan from wearing a yukata to wearing regular clothes with a raincoat and that, might be something to consider
I’m in Umeda right now, and there are heaps of people in yukata already. Go for it!
Im in yukata!
Wear it. Wear whatever you want. Not strange at all.
If you’re that self-conscious about it, there are plenty of autumn themed yukata you could wear. I just saw a girl in a spring design yukata on her way to the train station anyway, so I don’t think you’ll look weird if yours is a spring or summer print.
My town is literally having a yukata/kimono event this weekend that’s being put on by a kimono shop. It’s totally fine to wear one. Might be a bit cold tho depending on the weather!
Should be fine if not raining! Also where is it in Yodogawa exactly?
