hello! thanks in advance in case somebody can help me a little bit with this.
next month my visa expires so this week I went to immigration here in tokyo. my company usually takes care of all the documents and i didnt have any problem last time, just handed out what I was given, but this time it seems some documents were missing. immigration was packed that day, and they seemed super busy, and so the woman in the counter just told me "bring them next time" and just put the stamp on my zairyu card.
And now i'm wondering, when is "next time" supposed to be? a coworker told me she was handed an envelope to send the missing documents, but i didnt get anything (apart from the application receipt). Am i supposed to go back to immigration? send them by myself using post? should i wait for the postcard to tell me which documents i was missing in particular?
if i could go there anytime would be easy, i guess, but since my company wont be happy if i take a day, it's kind of stressing me a little bit.
thanks again to anyone who read this or can help!
