I came to Japan in November to work as a ski instructor, and stayed to work at EXPO in Osaka. I would like to stay in Japan (met a partner & would like to give it a try), and move closer to Tokyo. However, my Japanese skills are quite limited and I have a hard time looking for a job.
I am from an EU country, have a MSc degree, speak English, 30F, 5 yrs of work experience in comms, PR, HR, accounting, operations, horeca work. Extroverted happy person. Is the only option teaching English? How could I find some professional job? My country doesnt quality for working visas, last time I got a highly skilled labour visa.
How did other non-japanese speakers land a job here?
Any tip will be greatly appriciated!
EDIT: Anyone with experience working in some EU-Japan relations? Or at universities?
