I work in the natural stone industry (exporting marble and granite), and I’ve been trying to connect with Japanese buyers — but it feels almost impossible to reach them online.

For those who have experience doing business with Japan, what was it like?
Are there any particular customs, communication styles, or platforms that work better for reaching Japanese companies?
