Took Kanji Kentei pre level 2 on Sunday. I studied for 6 months and the past month and a half was such a grind. But if it all goes well I should pass with 171 points.
Next goal is to pass N1 but at least I can do fun things like read books and watch movies.
Today is my first year wedding anniversary.
I drove 2h in Tokyo yesterday. Paid a company that puts you up to speed when you haven’t driven for a long time. So yeah, I am a *paper driver* now.
I found it pretty simple overall, even tho the traffic in Tokyo is pretty dense. But it’s cool to drive after all these years.
Saturday I went all the way out to Shimoshakujii, felt like it took forever to get there from Nakano, but as far as I know, it’s the closest Workman Plus. Special Wards need a Workman Plus, all of them are so far away.
Sunday I went to a small doll gallery exhibition thing in Shibuya, every time I go to Shibuya and ride the Yamanote line I always have a short “i dunno, this tokyo thing…. not for me…” crisis before I get back home lol. Anyways, wasn’t very good compared to others I’ve been to, but this lil set gave me a giggle:

Usually they’re more gothic, so it was amusing to see this kind of greek/roman thing. Apologies if the image is huge, new to posting images here.
Went to the Chanel exhibition, laughably bad. Quite disappointing really.
