Can I hide my current work during job hunting if I’ve only been there for a short period?

TLDR: came to japan and worked for 3 months, now I want to find another job. Not sure whether I should hide/fabricate the current job or be honest.

I came to Japan 3 months ago for work, company sponsored my visa (Engineering/Humanities) as a full time employee. However, I took up the offer quite hastily as I was excited at the opportunity to be sponsored and didn't really ask good questions about the role.
I now find that the job is not what I expected, with a working environment that doesn't match my style.

I'm thinking of doing another job hunt, but concerned about how this ~3 months stint would make me look like a job hopper.
For reference, this is only my second job in my career, and I was working for about 3 years at my previous role back home.

I thought of several ideas to go about this, as well as potential difficulties for each:

1) Just don't include in my resume, and don't mention it in interviews
But don't I have to explain how I get my visa? Won't I be found out by the gensen choushuhyo that I have to submit for tax purposes?

2) Say that my current role is actually a contract one, and will be ending so I want to find another opportunity in case I can't continue
This might make it look better as it won't be MY decision to quit, but rather a case of I HAVE to quit. But again, won't they find out by any tax documents?

3) Be honest
Just say that the job isn't what I expected, and hopefully they can understand that I'm not a high risk candidate? (considering my previous job for 3 years)

I'm not familiar yet with the entire taxation system in Japan, how job changes are handled, and how employers view a very short stint in a resume. Would like to hear any input regarding this!
