Dined at Joji last year when in NYC. It was Exquisite, but overpriced in my opinion. I enjoyed everything, but doubt I would return just based on how expensive it was.
Video is not attached, but they did this really cool thing when they seared the fish where a young lady appeared from the back with glowing hot sword and used it to sear. I haven’t seen that anywhere else. Much more fun to watch than the blow torch.
