I'm pretty set in my ways, so my go to order is almost always a tuna roll and a couple pieces of Unagi nigiri. A few weeks ago I decided to order the hamachi belly nigiri and man, it just blew me away. The softest most buttery fish I've ever eaten. Opting for Yellowtail rolls over tuna now as well.
