I am living in Tokyo and on the national health insurance coverage. I have been having testicular soreness, and I am not sure where I am supposed to start. Do I just go to an international clinic and get referred out from there? Or do I go straight to a urologist? It also seems like a lot of urologists don’t list anything about testicular pain on their treatments. I have not needed to see a doctor yet, so I am not sure exactly how the insurance works or who to visit first. I also do not speak very good Japanese, so an English speaking doctor recommendation would also help!
