I moved in on the 22nd of September into a house managed by GG House. I paid a 30,000¥ contract fee and some money for September and October in full. I recently paid for November as well.
I’m just going to say it: there’s been 💩 in the toilet bowl since the day I moved in. According to the contract, they’re supposed to clean once a week, but they only mop the floor (I have photos and videos proving this).
By contract, I can’t leave before three months, and if I do, I have to pay one month’s rent as a penalty fee (72,000¥).
My goal: they’re breaching the contract. I want to move out, get a refund for November, and possibly part of the contract fee (since I’m leaving due to their fault — I paid good money, and they provided a house with 💩).
I just spoke with GG House on the phone. When I asked the guy, “Would you live in a house with 💩 in the toilet for a month? Since you’re breaching the contract, let me leave without a penalty and refund me,” he said, “I can’t reply via phone, we only do it via LINE.”
I told him I’ve been waiting for weeks, and when I said, “Do I need a lawyer to resolve this matter?” he replied, “I don’t care, you can do what you want.”
