Can the owner of my office building raise my rented office by ~7,5% at lease renewal?

Hello,

All is in the title. My office is in an office building and the company managing it appointed a new manager and he emailed me to tell me he wants to raise the rent by approximately 7.5% starting the first month of the renewed lease. Can I just say no and still renew the lease?
