Good quality crepe in tokyo?

Hi guys,

I’m looking for good quality crepes in tokyo. I have eaten a bunch in those typical places in harajuku, but the whip cream seemed so off, tasted like merengue rather than real whip cream?

Ive had an insanely amazing crepe in the mitsui outlet park in yokohama once called Rocca & friends but unfortunately they don’t have any other branched but the quality of it was just insanely good. Wondering where i can get a similar crepe 😢
