1. Didn’t the change the engine cc regulations by a super small amount?
   People using the older bigger size may account for the bulk of these unlawful operations.

2. It’s clearly just those “e-bike” ones that are being cracked down upon. I don’t hate them, but they really do need to be regulated as motorbikes.
