I'm pretty sure the only double decker I've seen were the tour buses around Kyoto. My city has none of them.
Is there a reason they're missing? Seems like a good way to reduce the catastrophic over crowding the salary men face.
My part of the UK has them everywhere, even on routes which really wouldn't justify them.
